List of materials for a 26-diameter mold: 3 potatoes for cooking 2 egg yolks ½ kg ground beef 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 4 tablespoons tomato paste 1 cup tomato puree 1 cup canned fine garden peas 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste

How to prepare: 1. Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are completely soft. 2. Mash until smooth, add egg yolks, season with pepper and, if necessary, salt, and mix until smooth. 3. Meanwhile: Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until lightly golden. 4. Add minced meat and brown for about 5 minutes, add tomato paste and tomato puree, canned fine garden peas and cook together for about 5 more minutes, add salt and pepper. 5. Pour the meat mixture into a greased pan and press down. 6. Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat in an even layer. 7. Bake in the oven at medium heat, 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
