To prepare, you need to have several items:

  • Mixer or food processor
  • Hand whisk
  • Popsicle sticks – You can purchase molds that come with built-in sticks, and then you don't even have to look for sticks.

Watermelon Popsicle Recipe (6 pieces)

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml yogurt (a large cup plus a fifth)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of crushed watermelon.
  • Half a glass of water
  • 100 grams of fruit sugar

Preparation: Place all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, mix for about two minutes, then transfer the batter to the popsicle maker to freeze for at least 12 hours.

With appetite!
