
Ingredients:
4 large Master Chef tortillas
1/2 cup (120 ml) cream cheese
2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
6 large strawberries, sliced
2 ripe apricots, cut into sticks (in season)
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into sticks
1 banana, cut into slices

Preparation method:
Place the cream cheese, maple syrup, and lemon zest in a bowl and mix well.
Place a tortilla on the work surface and spread 2/3 of its surface with the cream cheese mixture.
Arrange a row of fruit (any other fruit roll, or the fruit mixture in each roll) on the wide part of the tortilla, roll up and finish on the clean part.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Slice into sushi-sized pieces and serve with maple syrup for dipping.
