A sweet treat for Rosh Hashanah: a recipe for honey cake and apple caramel

Ingredients:

60 g white sugar
60 g brown sugar
150 g soybean oil
150 g honey
2 eggs
1 and a half cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
A pinch of clove
1/2 cup of tea
Orange zest from half an orange
4 peeled apples (grande), cut into cubes

Preparation method:

Place all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well until you obtain a uniform and smooth texture.

Pour into a round pan, place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
