Avraham Zamist is proud to present Benny Friedman's last single before his sixth album, which will be released in about a week - 'We Will All Go'.
Behind Friedman, who stands at the top of Jewish Hasidic music, is a respectable resume, many hits and countless performances in Israel and abroad.
The new album will include Israeli songs with Jewish moral messages. One of them is the current single - "Harini Mekbom.".
The text speaks of the importance of the commandment to 'love Israel.'.
The lyrics come from a prayer said at the beginning of the day, in which we commit to fulfilling the commandment of "Love your neighbor as yourself.".
According to Davani Friedman, this is a real daily challenge: "Every morning we have the right to take upon ourselves this mitzvah, because every Jew is like the apple of God's eye, and He gave me the right to take upon myself to love the apple of His eye, for life!""
Friedman apparently tries very hard with this mitzvah. Fact: He educates his children in the message of "Love your neighbor as yourself" and has enlisted Shalom and David Friedman to sing this song with him.
Yossi Gispan wrote the lyrics, Tomer Haddi the melody, and Playmaster the arrangement.
The song is accompanied by a playful music video produced by Shlomo Chaim Rivkin. "We have the honor of working with very, very talented people," says Friedman.
