Ingredients:

2 kg of goulash meat, cut into cubes

5-6 chopped potatoes

3 sliced ​​sweet potatoes

3 chopped carrots

2 zucchini, chopped

4 onions, coarsely chopped

2 heads of garlic, coarsely chopped

8 dried shiitake mushrooms

2 pcs white Persian lemon

5-6 tablespoons of spice mix for poika (a mixture containing cumin, turmeric, paprika, thyme, parsley, and more)

1 cup rice

2 liters of water

1/2 cup chili sauce sauce

1 glass of red wine or beer of choice

salt

How to prepare:

Place the pot on the stove and let it heat up with a little oil.

Sauté the onion, garlic, and meat with the spice mixture until browned.

Add all the vegetables.

Cover everything with liquid and cook for about two hours.

Check from time to time that there is enough liquid in the pot.

After about two hours, add the rice and liquid as needed and leave on the heat for about another half hour.
