It's not every day that an internationally renowned artist releases a Hasidic single, but Nissim Baruch, who was a popular musician in France - and since he became stronger, has been dedicating his time to training cantors and prayer leaders, and thus the Hasidic genre is also benefiting.

The new single - 'Lord of the World' - performed by Nissim Baruch in his tenor-lyrical voice, presents a different and interesting style and is a continuation of 'Drops of Light' - the new album on the way.

Baruch, 58, a resident of Jerusalem, is considered one of Israel's leading teachers for voice development, and among his students are well-known cantors and singers. He is the founder and conductor of the cantor choir "Gesher HaMitarim".

About eighteen years ago, he immigrated from France to Israel, with devotion and love for the Holy Land. Among other things, Nissim Baruch produced a cantor album that was praised by cantors all over the world, including the great cantor, Cantor Moshe Stern.

Nissim Baruch has released six albums so far, each in a different style.

He is married to the world-renowned pianist Alexandra Baruch, and she also contributes her skills to the new single in playing and arranging, alongside Jeff Horowitz, who arranged the parts for drums and bass guitar.
