After Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced the dissolution of Yisrael Beiteinu's partnership with the Likud party, it appears that his party's strength is increasing slightly.
A survey by the Panels Politics Institute headed by Menachem Lazar, conducted last night for Channel 99 - the Knesset Channel, indicates that if the elections were held today, the Likud list would receive 21 seats and the Labor Party would become the second largest party with 19 seats.
According to the survey, the distribution of seats looks like this: Jewish Home – 18; Yisrael Beiteinu, Yesh Atid and Meretz – 11 seats each; United Torah Judaism – 7; Shas – 6; Movement – 5.
The parties that receive only 4 seats are: Hadash and Balad. The list is closed by Ra'am-Ta'al with only 3 seats. Kadima, by the way, does not receive any seats according to this survey.
In addition, it turns out that most respondents (70%) do not want to go to the elections at all, but 22% believe the opposite.
