A group of yeshiva students met with Rabbi Kalman Klonimos Goldschmid, zt"l, for a special kumzitz and encouragement. Among those present was singer Yoeli Klein. In the middle of the sweeping singing, Rabbi Kalman stopped and began to read from the Likutei Moharan. They reached a certain section and there they stopped with the words "Man must search.".
Rabbi Kalman looks at Yoeli Klein and says to him: 'These are the words." As he speaks, Yoeli Klein hums the melody, which soon turns into a mighty chant by the participants.
At the end of the evening, the young men came to tell Rabbi Goldschmid, "Thank you very much for the encouragement." Rabbi Kalman answered them humbly: "You are the ones who strengthened me. Thank you.".
When he became acquainted with the tune, arranger and conductor Yehoshua Fried, who arranged and produced the entire album, through his son Pinchas, who was among those present and even assisted in the composition, decided that Moti Rothman was the perfect artist of emotion and soul to perform the song on his new album.
From here it's a short journey to a joyful duet with the husband, musician Yoeli Klein, and with a unique Hasidic combination of the "Narnana" choir.
