Getting ready for Shavuot? Here's a healthy recipe for a rich, dairy-free sweet potato salad

Sweet potato salad:

2 units sweet potato

150 g feta cheese 5%

A handful of walnuts

Ingredients - for the salad base:

White cabbage

Purple cabbage

Green cucumber

Cherry tomatoes

 Salad dressing:

*You can buy ready-made citrus vinaigrette sauce

A quarter cup of olive oil

Half a teaspoon of salt

A quarter cup of orange juice

A teaspoon of mustard seeds

2 tablespoons silane

Preparation method:

• Cut one small sweet potato into cubes and put in the oven until soft.

• Using a peeler, carve thin strips of sweet potato - lengthwise

• Heat oil in a pot and throw in the sweet potato strips - lightly fry until golden brown (sweet potato chips)

• Coarsely chop all the vegetables and mix in a bowl.

• Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour over the chopped vegetables.

• Sprinkle the sweet potato cubes over the salad.

• Grate feta cheese over everything.

• Place the sweet potato chips in a pile in the center of the salad.

• Sprinkle walnut pieces over everything.
