Preparing for Shavuot: Grilled vegetables on a plancha in a marinade of oranges, garlic and herbs

List of ingredients for about 4 servings:

 4 tablespoons olive oil

1 small eggplant, cut into 1 cm thick slices

2 cups fresh/thawed frozen cauliflower florets

1 large red pepper, cut into thick strips

2 purple onions, cut into 1 cm thick slices

Salt, ground black pepper

For the marinade:

1/3 cup oil

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 tablespoon silane

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1/3 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons herbs: parsley, basil, dill, mint

How to prepare:

Brush the plancha with oil and sear the vegetables on both sides until they are tender.

Prepare marinade:

Using a blender, blend the ingredients into a smooth sauce. Brush the vegetables with the marinade on both sides, arrange on a plate, and serve.
