A Chinese ship, which assisted in the search for the Malaysian plane that disappeared four weeks ago, picked up a signal at a frequency that is usually characteristic of black boxes, at a frequency of 37.5 kilohertz, in the southern Indian Ocean, exactly in the area where the search has been underway in recent days.
According to the Chinese report, three people on board at the time heard the signal, but were unable to record it. At the same time, a Chinese reconnaissance plane flying in the area spotted several white objects floating about 2,700 kilometers from Perth, Australia.
Australia confirmed this evening that the frequencies received by the Chinese patrol ship originated from the black box of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

In fact, there are less than two days left until the black box's signal transmission time ends - 30 days. It seems that only the black box can explain why the plane deviated from its course and crashed. The estimates are that an unseen hand did things maliciously, but this is not 100% clear, and the possibility of a mechanical failure has not been ruled out.
Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappeared four weeks ago, on March 8, about an hour after taking off from the country's capital, Kuala Lumpur, en route to the Chinese capital, Beijing. The plane was carrying 239 passengers and crew.
