Half a pack of 'Barilla' lasagna leaves'

 200 grams ricotta

100 grams grated mozzarella

300 grams finely chopped spinach

Half a cup of finely chopped basil

2 crushed garlic cloves

1 jar of Napolitana sauce

A teaspoon of salt

A teaspoon of black pepper

1 container of cooking cream

A pinch of nutmeg

To serve:

100 grams grated Parmesan

Whole basil leaves

How to prepare:

1. Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water and place on a lightly greased baking sheet, one next to the other.

2. In a deep bowl, mix together spinach, basil, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cooking cream, ricotta and mozzarella.

3. In a silicone English cake pan, or one lined with baking paper, place 3 tablespoons of Napolitana sauce.

4. Line the pan with lasagna sheets, seam side up. .

5. Place the cheese and spinach filling, place 3 tablespoons of sauce and place 2-3 lasagna leaves again.

6. Repeat the process and finish with lasagna sheets with the remaining sauce on them. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

7. Turn onto a serving platter, arrange basil leaves and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
