
Materials:
• A package of cereal cracker pearls in your favorite flavor
• 100 grams of yellow cheese - sliced
• 100 grams pecorino cheese - sliced
• A quarter cup of Kalamata olives/blackened olives, thinly sliced
• 1 small purple onion
• 5 thinly sliced cherry tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon hyssop
• A quarter cup of fresh basil/oregano/thyme leaves
• Pesto spread
How to prepare:
• Cut cheese slices lengthwise, slightly smaller than the width of cereal cracker pearls.
• Cut the onion into thin quarters. Arrange the penne crackers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
• Spread pesto, arrange cheese on top, and top with slices of tomato, onion, and olives.
• Bake at 180 degrees for a few minutes until the cheese melts - about 5-7 minutes - and remove.
• It is recommended to serve with fresh leaves on top - thyme or basil, alongside chopped colorful vegetables.
