2. 2 cm thick slices of brioche bread
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup sweet cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs
Preparation method:
• Mix the butter, cream, milk, brown sugar and eggs in a bowl.
• Dip the brioche slices in the batter and fry on both sides until the French toast is browned.
