Remember the Snake game on cell phones, the one with the Nokia snake chasing its tail and having to avoid hitting walls? Those who really missed it will surely be happy to read the following news.
HMD Global, the owner of the Nokia brand, has announced that it is launching its first two devices. In an announcement published on the 'Calcalist' website, the manufacturer introduced two simple cell phones, in the best tradition of old Nokia devices. It has been several months since we were informed of the return of the Nokia brand to the markets, but until now it was not clear exactly when this would happen.
And in other news: The devices, the Nokia 150 and 150 Dual SIM, will be sold in developing country markets for about $26. They will include everything you could ask for in a simple phone - a new version of the legendary Snake game, a color screen, FM radio, an expansion slot for a memory card up to 32 GB, a 3-megapixel camera and Bluetooth.
On the other hand, the announcement did not include the important information about whether the new-old devices would support an Internet connection or even email.
