Amazon launched its drone delivery service, with the first delivery arriving at the customer's home within 13 minutes, without any problems.

Amazon promises that soon thousands of deliveries will be transported this way.

The geektime website reported that due to regulations in the United States that prohibit flying more than one drone by one pilot, as well as the ban on flying a drone without line of sight, Amazon chose to launch its new delivery service in the United Kingdom.

At this stage, the weight carried by the drones is limited to 2.5 kg, and the radius of operation of the deliveries is also quite limited. The drones can also only fly during the day, at low altitude, when there are light winds and good visibility, and they need to land in an open place, such as in the customer's garden.
