""One of the essential foods in a proper diet is soup, and over the years, we have come to understand that soup has many benefits. It is satisfying, delicious, and can contain low calories, while containing a lot of protein and dietary fiber.".

""Therefore, as part of a healthy diet, it is worth incorporating a soup dish that contains vegetables," says Liat Yager, owner of weight loss and physical activity groups.

Liat adds: "Proper nutrition strengthens the immune system and contributes to a general feeling of well-being. Usually, preparing the soup is simple, but you must stock up on high-quality ingredients with high nutritional value in advance.".
