Preparing for the holiday: Recipe for honey cake with plums and walnuts

Components:

50 grams flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

200 grams eggs

250 grams of oil

200 grams of sugar

320 grams of honey

A spoonful of cinnamon

A teaspoon of ginger powder

Half a teaspoon of nutmeg

280 grams of tea drink

One-third teaspoon cloves

150 grams of prunes

100 grams walnuts

How to prepare:

• Mix the sugar, honey, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves well.

• Then add the flour, baking powder and baking soda.

• Finally, add the tea and pour into an English cake pan.

• Sprinkle the bristles on top, they will absorb during baking. Also sprinkle the walnuts on top.

• Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.

• Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
