The Chardonnay grapes were harvested in the family vineyards on Mount Bracha, at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level.

The wine was aged for ten months in French oak barrels.

Gewetztaminer grapes, harvested from the winery's vineyards in Samaria, which are at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level.
