Here's a suggestion: Try making salmon fillets with mustard, honey, and yes, mayonnaise. I know some people are hesitant to put mayonnaise on fish and bake it in the oven, but don't worry: it's completely durable. You won't regret it.

Components:

  1. About a kilogram of salmon fillet
  2. Two heaping tablespoons of mustard
  3. 4-5 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise (depending on taste and how strong the mustard flavor is)
  4. 3 heaping teaspoons of honey

How to prepare:

• Place the fish in a baking dish.

• Mix the honey, mayonnaise and mustard in a glass.

• Pour over the fish, so that the fish is covered and absorbs the flavor well.

• Place in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

• Can be decorated with "pannon and tamar" edible flowers.

 And again:

Don't be afraid of the mayonnaise. Give it a chance. You can reduce the amount of mayonnaise and increase the amount of honey accordingly, according to taste, for those who don't like mayonnaise.
