As part of the extensive activity that Chabad maintains throughout the year, through emissaries scattered throughout the country, and with the best and most professional tools that will assist them in spreading Judaism - Chabad held a professional seminar, the first of its kind, on everything related to operating social networks and online communication, in order to use them to spread Judaism in a controlled and professional manner.
The lectures at the seminar were given by top-notch professionals, who presented to those present the many possibilities that exist today to spread Judaism through these means as well.
In addition to the professional guidance, the "Chabad in Media" team, which ran the seminar, presented an option to the directors of Chabad houses - to receive a highly professional service that would operate the online pages for them, allowing them to focus on other important activities.
The seminar was opened by Rabbi Naftali Lipsker, who noted that this initiative joins the chain of initiatives and activities that Chabad operates in all areas of activity in order to give each emissary the variety of tools for activity.

Rabbi Shmuel Bistritzky, Chabad emissary in Savyon and the person behind many online media initiatives, presented the participants with examples of activities he also conducts on social media and showed how the spread of Judaism takes on a completely different dimension when one has the professional and correct knowledge to use the Internet.
