Ingredients:

• A pack of strawberries

• 200 ml coconut cream (not coconut water. Alternatively, 1 tbsp)

• 250-300 grams of dark or white chocolate (about three bars).

 How to prepare:

• Pour 200 ml of coconut cream into a small saucepan with the three chocolate bars.

• Stir until completely dissolved to make a ganache.

• Remove from heat and cool slightly.

• Transfer to a glass.

• Place a skewer in the middle of the strawberry and dip it in the chocolate cup.

• Gently lower the skewer and do the same for all the strawberries.
