Public relations and lobbying figure Shabi (Shabti) Rapaport was appointed head of the office of United Hatzalah CEO Moshe Teitelbaum.
As part of his role, Rappaport will be responsible for managing the bureau and government relations at United Hatzalah.
Rappaport works in advertising and lobbying in the Haredi sector. Last year, he managed the financial and marketing production of the Chinese sale of United Hatzalah.
