Ingredients for 5 pancakes:

3 Grand Smith apples

4 tablespoons white flour

4 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons salted butter

1 egg

To upgrade: You can add nuts, almonds, raisins, etc. to the apple batter, according to taste.

How to prepare:

• Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, wash the apples well, and using the spiral slicer, create long spaghetti shapes from the apples.

• In a bowl, add the flour, egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of butter, and cinnamon. Mix everything together until smooth.

• Once the dough is uniform, take a muffin tin and grease the muffin tins with butter to prevent the batter from sticking. Transfer the mixture to the muffin tin and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top.

• Place in the oven for 50 minutes (depending on the type of oven). The mixture is ready when it is golden brown.

• Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
