Moishe Holtzberg, a survivor of the terrorist attack on the Chabad house in Mumbai, India, flew - seven years after his parents, Rabbi Gabi and Rivki, were murdered in the attack - to participate in the Chabad Shluchim gathering, where he will read a chapter of Psalms to more than 6,000 banquet attendees.
