At an employment conference held at Bar-Ilan University this morning (Monday), Economy Minister Naftali Bennett also addressed the employment of the ultra-Orthodox public: "I believe in equal opportunities. A country should not strive for equal results, but it does strive for equal opportunities. Today, unfortunately, there is a dramatic impact on whether you were born in an Arab village, in Bnei Brak, whether you are Ethiopian, or a woman. Just because you have a different color or were born in one place or another, your chances of succeeding are much smaller. We want every person to have an equal opportunity to realize their dreams, and this is a dramatic task whose heart begins with the education system. We, here at the Ministry of Economy, strive to narrow the gap as much as possible and achieve as equal an opportunity as possible.".

Bennett also addressed employers and called on them: "Don't be suckers. Employ others and accept others. When different people who grew up in different places and think differently sit together, good things happen. To help employers who understand the economic potential of equal opportunities and occupational diversity, we offer economic incentives, occupational guidance centers for employees, professional training and workshops designed to best prepare employees for the labor market. We provide professional training in the required professions, advice and legal support from the Equality Commission for employers who want to integrate diverse populations.".
