For Rosh Hashanah: Honey Apple Salad Seasoned with Vinaigrette Sauce

Greg Cafe is offering a festive special: honey apple salad. The special was inspired by Rosh Hashanah, which will be served from the beginning of September until the end of the month.

The special dish consists of celery, parsley, green apple, coarse bulgur, black lentils, a roasted seed mix, cranberries and feta cheese cubes. The salad is seasoned with honey vinaigrette and served with homemade bread.

50 grams celery

30 grams parsley

25 grams of mixed seeds without the shell

20 grams cranberries

100 grams feta cheese

1 apple, cut into thin strips

Honey, oil and lemon vinaigrette

How to prepare:

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl except the cheese.

Season with honey, oil and lemon vinaigrette.

To serve: Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with feta cheese.
