Coaching call.

Last week, I participated in a forum, during which one of the participants told a parable and a moral of wisdom alongside it - which I decided to share with you, because I believe it carries with it a strong insight into every area of life and every person - wherever they are.

Once upon a time, a wise man was walking with his children in the forest near his residence, when suddenly, from the dense vegetation, boys and girls emerged before them, playing with stones, pine cones, and nuts.

“What are you doing here?” asked the wise man.

-We live here.

where?

- Here it is.

And indeed, behind a large oak tree, a small cabin 'stood out', with a vegetable bed around it, several chickens clucking around it, and a single cow wagging its tail next to it.

"Can I talk to Dad?" the wise man asked.

- Yes.

Within a few minutes, the father arrived, a large hat on his head and a thick mustache adorning his face.

"Why do you live here in the forest?" asked the wise man.

- From the chickens, the vegetable patch, and the cow.

And that's enough for you?

- Not exactly, but what can you do?, That's what there is.

The wise man and the man parted ways, each going his own way.

Before the sage could turn to go to the city, and after making sure that the owner of the house was not seeing him, he took a large knife and slaughtered the cow, took - stole - the chickens, and disappeared.

His children were shocked.

Father! You took away his entire livelihood, how will the poor man live?

- Don't worry, it'll be okay, their father reassured them...

A year later.

The wise man and his sons wandered around the forest again, and then their father said to them: Do you remember the farmer whose chickens I took and whose cow I slaughtered?

You must remember, Dad, how could you forget?

""Let's see how he is now," said the father.

They approach the cabin and see a large, spacious house, many horses everywhere, and a huge garden surrounding the house. There is also a beautiful fountain towering high above.

"Can I talk to Dad?" the wise man asked.

"Just a moment," the household replied, and within minutes the clean-shaven gentleman arrived, dressed in shabby clothes, with a luxurious tie dangling from his neck.

"How did you get so rich?" asked the wise man.

- Simple. A year ago, I woke up one morning and saw that something had slaughtered the cow, taken the chickens, and left me destitute. At first, I was very depressed. Where would my help come from? But slowly I got stronger, and I went to the city to look for a living. I found an opportunity here and there, until I succeeded in business, and from that came my great wealth.

The wise man and the master parted ways - then the wise man said to his children: Did you see what I did? I saw him living in poverty, and I realized that what was causing him to live in poverty was the cow and the chicken!

That's why I killed his 'livelihood' and gave him an option for wealth.

Even in our lives, sometimes we are stuck in a certain life course that we are not so happy with, but what? ''This is what there is'.

It is difficult for us to break free from the situation we are accustomed to, to vegetables and chickens, and this is how we spend the rest of our lives.

Remember, we will remember: You can simply slaughter the cow and the chickens, in a strictly kosher slaughter and by all accounts, and take a new step in every area of life.
