Chocolate-Covered Cookie Truffles on a Stick • Includes tips and upgrades

Looking for something to do with your kids on vacation? Want to make something sweet with them? Chocolate chip cookie truffles on a stick with chocolate coating and colorful candies will be a great activity and a delicious candy that the kids will love • Recipe courtesy of Elite

Quantity: 25-30 units | Preparation time: 2 hours | Difficulty level: Easy

Ingredients: 100 grams soft butter 150 grams (3/4 cup) white sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A pinch of salt 3 tablespoons milk 175 grams (1 and a quarter cup) flour 100 grams elite milk chocolate, finely chopped

For coating: 200 grams of bittersweet chocolate 2 teaspoons of oil

For decoration: Colorful candies

How to prepare:

1. In a mixer bowl with a dough hook, place butter, sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk and mix on medium speed until a creamy mixture is obtained.

2. Add flour and chocolate and mix until a uniform, slightly sticky dough is obtained.

3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.

4. Form 25-30 circles from the dough and chill in the freezer until frosting.

5. Icing: Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl.

6. Melt in the microwave or over a double boiler until everything is melted and the mixture is uniform.

7. Transfer the chocolate into a relatively narrow and tall glass.

8. Dip the tip of the sticks in a little melted chocolate and insert a stick into each truffle ball.

9. Dip the balls into the chocolate coating and shake off any excess.

10. Decorate with colorful candies and refrigerate until serving.

Tips and upgrades:

• Store the truffles in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can freeze them for up to a month.

• You can also make the truffles without a stick and simply dip the balls in chocolate without anything.

• Instead of colorful candies, you can decorate with ground coconut or chopped nuts.
