Classic Hosanna Cake:
2 sweet cream
1 and a half cups of sugar

4 eggs
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup almond powder
How to prepare:
1. Using a whisk, whisk all ingredients except the flour and almond powder on medium speed.
2. Add the flour and almond powder and mix until smooth. Pour into the pan and bake for about 35 minutes over medium heat.
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla puree
1 cup milk
1 cup of sweet cream
250 g white chocolate
How to prepare:
1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla paste in a saucepan until stiff.
2. Put the milk and cream in another pot and bring to a boil.
3. Gradually pour the milk and cream mixture into the yolk mixture while stirring.
4. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring continuously, until the cream thickens. It is important to stir constantly.
5. Strain the cream, add the white chocolate, mix and cool. .
6. Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip. .
150 g strawberries (basket of strawberries)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cassis liqueur

How to prepare:
Cut the strawberries into quarters, add the rest of the ingredients and mix.

How to prepare:
In a stick blender, puree all the ingredients for the sauce except the mint leaves.
To assemble the dish:
1. Place a slice of cake in the bottom of individual cups.
2. Put strawberry sauce on top of the cake.
3. Pour the vanilla and white chocolate cream over the strawberry sauce.
4. Arrange the strawberry salad on top.
5. Drizzle over more vanilla cream and white chocolate.
6. Garnish with mint leaves
