Speedy dough borax filled with cheese

Materials (12 units):

dough:

2 cups flour
Half a cup of oil
Half a cup of boiling water
A flat spoon of salt

stuffing:

100 Bulgarian cheese
100 grams of Tabor cheese
100 grams goat cheese for spreading
Ground black pepper
And a pinch of salt

Preparation method: 

1. Mix the dough (no mixer needed and no leavening needed).

2. Roll out to make circles with a diameter of about 10 cm.

3. Fill with a spoonful of the filling and close into a half-moon shape.

4. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
