How do you make dairy shakshuka?

Ingredients: 

4 ripe tomatoes

Medium onion

2 cloves of garlic

olive oil

3 tablespoons ketchup

Salt, pepper

A spoonful of sugar

Paprika to taste

1/4 cup water

Slices of goat from the Zuriel farm.

How to prepare?

1. Chop 4 ripe tomatoes, a medium onion, and 2 cloves of garlic by hand or in a food processor.
2. Transfer to a hot pan with a little olive oil.
3. Simmer for about half an hour. Add 3 tablespoons of ketchup, salt and pepper, a teaspoon of sugar, paprika and a quarter cup of water.
4. Steam for another 5 minutes.
5. Make 5 wells, pour an egg into each well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
6. Slice the goat cheese into thin slices, sprinkle over the dish and serve.
