For mushrooms:
Remove the mushroom stem and chop it along with Bulgarian cheese, goat cheese, Tabor cheese, and melted cheese. You can also add chopped broccoli or spinach.
Add seasoning: salt, black pepper, and a little nutmeg.
How to prepare?
Make a hole in the mushroom (where we lowered the leg) and fill with the filling.
Dip the mushroom in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry.
You can add cream sauce.
