Just hours before the two women of the GLATC joked shamefully about the 'stinking Haredim and the Kneidlach', one of the most brilliant researchers in the country lit the torch of independence.
Her name is Kira Radansky.
Who is Kira Radansky, and what is her field of expertise? Radansky is a 26-year-old young woman, already a PhD and a scientist in the field of computer science who deals with data mining, and an Israeli high-tech entrepreneur. She became famous after being selected for the list of inventors by MIT Technology Magazine.

Radensky developed a computer model that deals with predicting the future based on probabilities. In the Globes newspaper, her work was described in the following words: Radensky takes the infinite information on the Internet, unites it with historical knowledge, and then instructs the algorithm to perform various segmentations and predict the future based on probabilities that arise from it. To create her huge database, she scanned all the news published in the New York Times since 1880, books and encyclopedias written since 1500, and combined dozens of databases that are updated frequently.
We found interesting things.
The results were far-reaching. Her tests were able to predict diseases, viral outbreaks, violence, and even death rates, with an accuracy level ranging from 70% to 90%. "We started looking for all kinds of laws that seemed interesting to us, doing statistical analyses to check the probability that after such and such an event something interesting would happen, and we found interesting things," says Radansky.
Radensky also predicted the Arab Spring in Egypt and the civil uprisings in Turkey, several weeks before they broke out. In general, she has more than 90% success in predicting riots around the world. "The chaos started in Tunisia and I asked the system to warn in which other countries the chances of a revolution were increasing. We found that in places where there is a dictatorship and high bread prices, after a large funeral, riots would begin. After a certain calm, suddenly the system jumped in and announced that there was a high probability of riots in Turkey, and so it was.".
An inferior strain from the dominant group
And how does all this relate to the Galtzenyut's words?
When the headlines Radinsky produced repeatedly proved to be true, the research took off. She began searching for disasters that interested her. She entered the search terms 'riots,' 'death,' 'disease.' She wanted to find events that could be changed. ""One of the signs we discovered is that when a senior official in a country starts calling minorities inhumane names, such as 'cockroaches', 'rats' - the chances are that within three to five years of using that rhetoric, genocide will occur," said Radnansky..
In other words: "The Haredim stink of your dumplings" is not just another new verbal low in secular Haredim relations here in the State of Israel, but a starting point that could lead to the next murder. Not today, not this year. But in three to five years, it is certainly possible, at least according to the one whose probabilities are 90 percent accurate.
The unimpressive humor of the Galatzi panel on Independence Night is the ugliest use of stereotypical tools against a group in the population, and the stigmatizing fixation on it positions it as a kind of inferior, less valuable group, characterized by ridiculous elements such as 'stink and kneidlach.' It is difficult to express the following words publicly, but dark regimes from the last century began their hunting expedition against the Jewish people in exactly this way: mocking, stereotyping, and turning them into a species inferior to the dominant group.
