This morning (Tuesday), Rabbi Steinman arrived to comfort the mourners at Rabbi Stefansky, Rosh Yeshiva Torah Taftera, who is sitting in prayer for his young son Eliyahu, who passed away from a serious illness at the age of 16. He stayed there for about forty minutes.
When asked what to strengthen himself in, our Rebbe replied by studying Torah, and elaborated on the importance of a minute in studying Torah.
Afterwards, he came to comfort the mourners at the home of Rabbi Leva, one of the heads of the 'Erchot Torah' yeshiva, who is sitting in prayer for his father, Rabbi Yitzchak zt"l. The Rabbi sat for about twenty minutes on the entrance floor of the building, since the head of the yeshiva lives on a high floor.
The Rosh Yeshiva spoke with the mourners about the deceased's father-in-law, the late Rabbi David Dzimatrovsky, who lived in Kfar Saba, and explained the grief of mourners over the death.
