In the never-ending legal saga between Samsung and Apple, Apple has scored another victory when a jury in their patent trial found Samsung guilty of infringing on several patents, and accordingly ordered it to pay $119.6 million. The patents that were infringed are related to the Korean giant's Galaxy S3 device.

Apple was also found guilty, and will pay Samsung $158,400. Not bad.

This is the second round of their high-profile patent trial, with Apple last winning an unimaginable sum of $1.5 billion, which was later reduced to $290 million.

Unlike last time, Samsung is not obligated to remove any line from the shelves, especially since the current trial was about patents in the field of software and not in the field of design.

Just for the sake of proportion - Apple brought in $57.6 billion in the first quarter of this year, while Samsung brought in $51.8 billion. Net profit was 13.1 for Apple, and 8.2 for Samsung.
