Watch the experiment: A child freezes on the sidewalk in New York - who is the only one who comes to help?

Homeless people are not a rare sight, unfortunately - in Israel and around the world. But many of us ignore the phenomenon. YouTube channel OckTV, decided to conduct a 'social experiment' and test how strangers passing through the streets of a large city - in this case one of the major boulevards in Manhattan - would react to the sight of a child, crying for help in torn clothes, freezing in the street.  This video went viral and sparked a deep discussion, with millions already watching it.  And what about you? If you saw a child wearing torn clothes, lying on the sidewalk and freezing, would you stop and ask how he was?
