Recipe for 'Jerusalem Salad' in the delivery menu:
120 g tomato
150 g cucumber
30 g red onion
10 g chopped parsley
50 g lemon vinaigrette
45 g tahini
Hard-boiled egg - sliced
1/4 toasted bagel
Warm chickpeas - can also be drained from a can
Bread basket + butter.
How to prepare:
• Toast the bagel with olive oil and sumac.
• Cut all vegetables by hand
• Mix and season
• How to season properly? - Place the toasted bagel with olive oil and sumac in the bottom of the bowl, top with the salad, top with a tablespoon of tahini, room-temperature chickpeas, and top with a sliced egg.
