To all those who are undecided, who are skipping over the sections, known as "floating votes," I wanted to say just one thing: There is no room for hesitation. Every Jew who observes Torah and mitzvot should give his vote to the party that believes in the precepts of the Torah.
There are three such parties, as of today.
In other words, there is a choice. But one must not get confused. Hesitation between the three is necessary, but there is no room for hesitation when it comes to other parties, even if they boast a dome on their heads.
True, I admit, not all the Haredi parties are good to me. Some of them have already proven in the past that their priorities are not the priorities of the public that elected them. Some of their representatives have acted to the displeasure of many well-wishers.
But one thing must be clear. No. We do not have the privilege to debate or hesitate – we must vote for one of these parties, if only because the power of the observant in the Knesset must be heard at the level.
Everyone is looking for a "home." Everyone is looking for a "belonging.".
''Adler' points to this as one of the central motifs in a person's life. The Holy Torah repeats this more than once, but there are only three houses and they are the three Haredi parties.
This isn't even from the Federal Reserve!
Every election campaign we encounter emotional campaigns designed to confuse us. This time we are witnessing titillating campaigns, perhaps in the spirit of Purim near the elections, but no campaign can change the facts.
And the facts are that we - the Haredi public - owe a large number of fingers that obey the teachings of the great men of Israel.
We must protect the house.
I keep repeating the word "home" to get rid of those who are considering voting for Jewish Home because of the kippah on its head - and in recent weeks it has become clear that there is such a public among us. We must say this out loud: Jewish Home is not a religious party, even though it masquerades as one.
True. There are charismatic people there who are even among the observant public. But the party, as a movement, does not follow the path of Torah and mitzvot and does not obey the voice of rabbis and teachers. All this before anyone takes its farcical campaign seriously, which is completely empty of content and is designed to confuse voters.
Jewish Home is not a construction. Jewish Home is an essence. It is not an umbrella organization to which a former soccer player, a retired beauty queen, and a current Arab woman are attached. Jewish Home is values. And unfortunately, all of the advertising language and conduct of Jewish Home in the previous term indicate a bloated balloon, lacking values and backbone, and especially "unapologetic" to the observant electorate whose votes were lost in the emptiness it presents with a committee.
And there is no reason to mention the "Shaked Committee" that was intended to help Lapid move tens of thousands of Torah students to the recruitment office, or the reform of the Ministry of Religious Services that was carried out in complete opposition to the opinions of many rabbis, with the aim of pleasing the media and increasing the political power of the party, which no longer denies its desire to be "Likud B.".
Where are the days when religious Zionist Knesset members resigned from the government due to the arrival of F15 jets on Holy Shabbat?
The ideology of the National Democratic Party, which, despite the fundamental disagreement with its leaders and its worldview, collaborated with the Haredim against the state's renunciation of Torah and commandments - has disappeared. The Jewish Home no longer represents it.
The fact is that many in the national religious public turned their backs on this house and found a home in Eli Yishai's party, 'Yachad Ha'am Nathin' – and for good reason. Their common denominator with the Haredim is much greater than their common denominator with soccer players and social media stars.
How much do you pay a greedy person?
The bewilderment over those Haredi men and women who are considering voting for the Jewish Home Party is doubly strengthened in light of the "brotherly alliance" that Naftali Bennett made with his brother Lapid in the previous term. A rebuke for a sin on the eve of an election does not indicate a fundamental change in this party's outlook.
In conclusion, I want to take advantage of this stage to call on all my sisters, members of the Haredi public, to decide right now that their vote will be given to one of the three Haredi parties.
If I have already mentioned the word house over and over again, perhaps it is worth remembering how the Torah calls the daughters of Israel in our parsha. "Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob," God instructs Moses our rabbi. The house of Jacob are the women, our sages say, whose memory is blessed. A woman is a house because she expresses stability. (The opposite of what the "Jewish" house represents).
It's important for me to clarify. I have nothing against rapprochement of any kind. This is what I do again and again, whether at IDF bases or in leftist strongholds. But I see no connection between Rabbi Kook, the fearer of heaven, whose teachings are at the foundation of religious Zionism, and Eilat Shaked from the Jewish Home.
As a woman, I am full of appreciation for her work and, in general, as someone who cares about the lives of the millions of Jews who live between the river and the sea, I appreciate her courage and willingness to say in a clear voice, "The land is ours.".
But as an ultra-Orthodox woman, I cannot understand how her views and way of life fit in with a Jewish home in its full meaning, as can be learned from this week's parashah.
The desire for this house to be the home of all, leaves it empty of content and you can be sure that over time it will disappear like all the trend parties that have emerged in Israel over the years. The fact that leading rabbis in religious Zionism have chosen to declare their support for Yishai's ultra-Orthodox party, testifies more than anything to the emptiness of the Jewish House.
Influenced by the Jewish Home's comedy video campaign, I too want to make you smile.
In this week's parashah, Yitro suggests to Moses that he find brave men, who fear God, who hate greed. Even then, it was difficult to find such people. Moses says to himself, "There are plenty of brave men, who fear God, but where will we find those who hate greed?" To this they reply, "For a little money, we will find such people too...".
