Upon arriving in the desert, where the Israelites were living, Jethro found Moses judging the people of Israel as they stood on their feet from morning to evening.
Jethro was surprised at Moses and asked: What is this thing that you are doing to the people? Why do you sit alone while all the people stand around you from morning to evening?!
Later, Jethro adds and says: "We will also wither the spices you also The people this".
We find that the legal system that Moses introduced from the beginning is likely to harm the people and their leader.
We learn two things from this. One, that the success of the nation and its leaders lies in genuine concern for the people and the ability to successfully reach each of the people personally.
But more than that, we learned that the weakness of the leader inevitably creates weakness in the people, while giving the leader power to influence inevitably gives power to the people he leads.
This is one circle forcing its friend.

A movement that unites many sectors and different audiences unites the people with their leaders.
