In preparation for the holiday of Hanukkah, leading wedding singers united for a new and special rendition of the lyrics of the song "Maoz Tzur".

We are used to seeing Kobi Greenbaum, Meir Gafni, Rolly Dickman, Moti Leichter and Yoni Berger every evening on the stages of the Simchat Halls. But recently the five gathered at Metro Studios in Bnei Brak for a first-of-its-kind collaboration on a single, released by the Achinu organization, which has been involved in bringing together those far away and placing youth in educational institutions for twenty years.

The new melody to the well-known words was composed by the president of Achinu, Rabbi David Hofstadter, and the music was composed by arranger and conductor Moshe Laufer. The new performance features the children of the Shira Hadasha choir, conducted by Nachman Seltzer, who give the song the color and family atmosphere that characterizes the holiday of Hanukkah.
