Is Communist Russia here? A student at the Be'er Talmud Sephardic yeshiva criticized former Health Minister, MK Uriel Bosso of Shas - and was expelled from the yeshiva.
According to a report this evening (Sunday) by Daniel Grubeis on 'Kan News', the student shouted at Buso, during a wedding held in Ashdod: "Shame on you, you're sleeping.".
Following this, a parliamentary advisor close to the MK who previously worked under him worked to lead to the young man's removal from the yeshiva.
The student remained outside the yeshiva for a week, until an "apology conversation" was held with the participation of Bosso - who told him: "Bosso personally forgives - the Knesset member does not.".
Afterwards, the student returned to the yeshiva. However, according to sources at the yeshiva, in recent hours the student received a new threat: "If this story is published, you will be expelled permanently.".
MK Uriel Bosso's office told 'Kan News': "The attempt to associate an event that is the responsibility of the yeshiva administration and educational staff with one or another elected official borders on the ridiculous. Educators make their decisions professionally and independently, without political interference. It has always been that way and it will remain that way.".
The Be'er Talmud Yeshiva stated: "As a Yeshiva for Bnei Aliyah, there is a strict prohibition on young men from participating in demonstrations, or behaving in public places in a brazen and uncivil manner that is inappropriate for Bnei Torah.".
""After the seriousness of the issue was explained to the candidate, he was returned to the meeting.".
A yeshiva student shouted at former Health Minister Uriel Bosso of the Shas party: "Dry yourselves, you sleep" - and was expelled from the yeshiva. A week later, the student was required to hold an "apology conversation" with Bosso, who told him: "Boss the personal one forgives, Bosso the MK does not" | First publication of @daniel_grovais # EditionHereNews with @TaliMoreno_ pic.twitter.com/zJRUl7LKer
