The Levinstein Group, together with its subsidiary Levinstein Nativ, report sales of over NIS 200 million in the 'Levinstein Elad' project in the city of Elad.
60 apartments were sold to those eligible under the 'Target Price' track in the first round. 20,869 candidates registered for the lottery held for the project in February 2024 for 77 apartments, and apartment selection conferences were held last week.
The price per square meter was approximately 18,400 NIS per square meter, and the sales volume at this stage is approximately 160 million NIS.
The Levinstein project in Elad is located in the heart of a new and developing neighborhood, next to a spacious park. Three buildings are being built - two 9-story buildings and one building with 7 residential floors above a commercial floor. The project includes a total of 96 units, of which, as stated, 77 units are within the target price framework and 19 units are for the free market.

During the month of July, we will hold another sales round for those who register in the lottery to sell the last 17 apartments remaining within the target price framework. The supply of apartments in Elad is limited to begin with, and at the target price these are definitely the last apartments, so this is the last opportunity to purchase an apartment in the city at a subsidized price.""
The Levinstein Group and its subsidiary Levinstein Nativ won a target price tender on February 1, 2023 for a plot of land measuring approximately 4.5 dunams for the construction of a project with 96 residential units and 600 square meters of commercial space for approximately NIS 27.5 million, excluding development of approximately NIS 23 million.
