The Sea of Galilee Marine Police received a report over the weekend from a frightened woman who was alone on a boat in the heart of the Sea of Galilee, after her partner fell into the water - and disappeared.
Upon receiving the report, police were quickly dispatched to the scene and began extensive searches.
The police were able to locate the boat in the heart of the Sea of Galilee and the man in the water, exhausted but conscious, and rescued him safely to the police boat.

Immediately afterwards, the police officers proceeded to perform the touching reunion between the couple, with the two thanking the police officers for the quick, professional, and determined action that led to saving lives.
