A three-month-old baby girl from a family of Gur Hasidim lost consciousness this morning (Sunday) at her home in the Galilee city of Hatzor.
United Hatzalah forces who were called to her home performed CPR and evacuated her to the hospital in Safed in critical condition.
Sadly, at the hospital, the medical team pronounced her dead.

The circumstances of the case are under investigation.
Yechiel Rushatsky and Dvir Levy, United Hatzalah paramedics: "We performed CPR on her and then she was evacuated to Ziv Hospital in Safed, where CPR continued in critical condition. She may have choked on the milk she spat out.".
