"Our goal is clear - to deepen the damage to Hezbollah, to remove threats and to strengthen the defense of the northern communities. This is the central goal that guides us in every action and every decision. Even at these moments, our forces are advancing and operating with force in the air and on the ground. We are operating precisely and responsibly, every additional achievement strengthens the security of the residents and helps the political echelon to create better conditions for future improved security arrangements from a position of strength."

Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir visited Division 210 today (Friday), along with Northern Command Commander Major General Rafi Milo, Division 210 Commander Brigadier General Yair Plai, Division 91 Commander Brigadier General Yuval Gez, and other commanders.

The Chief of Staff conducted a situation assessment at observation posts on Mount Dov in Lebanese territory, which overlooks the Ayun Valley and the ridges that dominate the north and west of southern Lebanon, together with commanders in the field.

The Chief of Staff observed the firing of our forces.

Zamir: “You are doing an extraordinary job here in the face of complex challenges. The command is acting creatively, with initiative and responsibility, including maneuvering into new spaces, and continues to push the enemy, destroy its capabilities and systematically harm it. There is a cumulative and unprecedented damage to Hezbollah here - from thousands of terrorists to senior and mid-level commanders. There is no place that will constitute a fortress for Hezbollah, and there is no place where it will have immunity.

""The yellow line does not limit us - wherever we identify a threat and wherever we are required to remove a threat, we will act. Wherever there is an operational need to maneuver, we will maneuver. Any harm to Hezbollah is also a harm to the Iranian axis and to Iranian investment in the region. We are prepared for any development and are also on high alert against Iran.".

The Chief of Staff added: "All IDF resources are invested in the Northern Command, and our best forces operate here every day. We will continue to exhaust our operational freedom of action wherever it is required to remove a threat, and we will not be deterred.".

""Our goal is clear - to deepen the damage to Hezbollah, to remove the threat and to strengthen the defense of the northern communities. This is the central goal that guides us in every action and every decision. Even at these moments, our forces are advancing and operating. Every additional achievement on the ground strengthens the security of the residents and helps create better conditions for improved security arrangements from a position of strength.".

Zamir noted that "the cumulative damage to Hezbollah is severe and unprecedented, with more than 7,500 terrorists eliminated since the beginning of the war, 2,500 of them only since the beginning of Operation 'Roar of the Lion.' We will continue to strike the enemy and deepen our achievements.".

""The drone threat is a challenge, but we can overcome it. The battlefield is not sterile and will never be, but we are investing the best resources, minds and capabilities of the IDF in this. Operational and technological solutions are already in the development and implementation stages, and we will continue to quickly introduce them to the battlefield. At the same time, we will continue to pursue the launch squads, their operators and commanders at all levels and wherever they operate - from the tactical level in the field to the most senior echelons. Wherever we detect a threat - we will be hit by it.

""June is a month marked by appreciation for reserve personnel - I am full of appreciation for you. I am aware of the burden, the difficulty, and the price that you and your families pay. We are working to increase the reserve fund and adapt the required response to the IDF.".
