Degel Hatorah Chairman MK Moshe Gafni attacked Attorney Gali Baharav-Miara this evening (Wednesday), following the delay in approving Section 46 for third-sector nonprofits - and claimed that hatred is driving her crazy.
""This woman in Harav Miyara does whatever she wants as if the country belongs to her," Gafni said. "She is harming hundreds of third-sector organizations that are waiting for approval of Section 46.".
He said, "For many weeks we worked quietly to resolve the issue and approve the associations in the Finance Committee, but unfortunately without success.

""All just because she decided that they should not be approved, in a decision that is clearly illegal.".
He added: "I call on the head of the Tax Authority not to listen to her and to bring the issue to the Finance Committee for discussion and approval in accordance with the law. Hatred is driving her crazy.""
