I'm as scared as they want. Did they win?

Exchanging fearful, suspicious glances, and painfully throwing questions into the air. When will it end? When? • Thinking about the women, the children of the righteous who were cruelly taken from their world, wrapped in a tallit and tefillin, on a regular morning, in a synagogue, a "regular" prayer • I am the last one to be afraid.

People on the street.

Who is an enemy and who is not?

You glance back, maybe someone is following.

Be careful of the oncoming car, you don't know who the driver is.

Maybe you'll cancel your activities today, maybe you'll choose to shut yourself in at home.

And to be afraid, just as they want.

Exchanging fearful, suspicious glances, and painfully throwing questions into the air. When will this end? When?

I think about the women and children of the righteous who were cruelly taken from their world, wrapped in tallit and tefillin.

A regular morning, synagogue, "regular" prayer.

The last one.

This morning, he got up to pray, like every day.

This morning, she organized the children, "Hurry up, be ready when Daddy comes to take you to school.".

But for them today there is no school, for them there is no day.

And maybe he had something important to tell her. And he would never say it.

Fathers were kidnapped, families were destroyed.

I am shocked. I am afraid and I ask, I demand: "Father in heaven! What?! Why?""

The recent period has proven: There is a serious threat to our lives.

Not in dangerous places "that are not to be walked around in," not on public transportation, and not even in shopping malls and the central station. Not only that.

But everywhere, at any moment. At home, on the street, on the road. A stone, a runover, an axe, anything is possible. They are original, they know how to surprise.

At exactly the same time, important committees in the world, those concerned with human rights, are seeking to impose sanctions on the evil State of Israel.

At the same time, all kinds of beautiful souls continue to dirty their mouths with vain words, and arouse anger among the people, and ridicule among the nations.

We can't see the end of the tunnel, but we still hope for light.

We hope that the world will finally open its eyes and stop being silent. Or speaking when it's not necessary.

Today, they refused to look at pictures of a massacre that reflected a terrible reality. They said they didn't want to see...

We hope that elected officials will focus on our security instead of a self-interested race in which the winner will be the one who proposed the most revolutionary law, even when it comes to the obvious.

No one needs to confirm that the State of Israel is for Jews, or that a security officer can and should defend himself from someone who is coming to kill him.

No one should live in constant terror.

Meeting glances on the street, on the bus. Everyone has the same pain and never-ending shock.

May the souls of the righteous be bound in the bundle of life,

And may our future be brighter than the darkness and fear that they are forcefully and systematically sowing.
