According to a report this evening (Wednesday) by Moriah Asraf on Channel 13, the meeting between the two took place in the shadow of the still existing possibility of renewing the campaign against Iran, and against the backdrop of Iranian attacks against the United Arab Emirates.

The current meeting is considered of great importance in light of the strengthening of security ties between the countries surrounding the joint campaign against Iran.
This cooperation is reflected, among other things, in the deployment of the "Iron Dome" system in the territory of the Emirates.
After the publication, the Prime Minister's Office confirmed: "In the midst of Operation 'Roaring Harry,' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu secretly visited the United Arab Emirates and met with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.
""This visit brought about a historic breakthrough in relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.".
This is the first meeting between Netanyahu and bin Zayed that has been publicly announced. Netanyahu has met with bin Zayed several times in the past and even stayed in the United Arab Emirates, but the talks were not made public - certainly not by his office.
Senior political commentator Amit Segal wrote:
There are some interesting things here:
• The Emirati ruler has met openly to this day with a number of senior Israeli officials, including Bennett and Lapid, but not with Netanyahu. There were of course meetings, but they were never made public.
• Flying when the sky is completely closed and without anyone noticing
• It was there that an agreement was apparently reached to deliver Iron Dome.
